Designer Syndicate – Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp with:

• Your full name  

• Order details  

• The item(s) you wish to return  

• The reason for the return  

Customer Responsibility Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.   All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked, and the postage cost is paid by the customer.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.  

• Items must be in original packaging, with all tags attached.  

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.  

• Any items returned that show signs of wear or use cannot be exchanged or credited.

Exchanges & Store Credit We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability).   If an exchange is not available, you will be issued store credit to use towards another item.
